Description

Core Subsystem Seeker S-GD390 EO/IR turret

S-GD390 EO/IR turret is a combination of high-definition visible light camera, medium wave cooled IR camera, laser range finder, image tracker and servo stabilized platform. S-GD390 is designed for shipboard video capture, surface early warning, target surveillance, radar and EO/IR combined operation. It can detect, locate, track, identify and track targets under all weather at day and night. The maximum detection range is up to 15km for targets like small ship and reef.

Supports all-weather dual-spectral (EO/IR) imaging
Stable dual-axis gimbal tracking Real-time target detection and tracking
Adaptable to complex environmental conditions

Dual-Spectrum Detection Capability

Unlike single-mode seekers, this system combines visible light and infrared imaging technologies. The optical sensor provides high-resolution image detail for daytime identification, while the uncooled infrared sensor ensures detection capability in low-light or nighttime conditions.

This dual-mode solution enhances the reliability of target detection and improves adaptability across a variety of operational environments.

Visible Light Imaging

Equipped with a color CMOS sensor (resolution 1920×1080, pixel size 3μm), it provides high-definition visual data for precise target identification.

Infrared Thermal Imaging

Utilizes an uncooled infrared detector (resolution 640×512, pixel size 12μm) for thermal imaging target detection, ensuring reliable operation even under low-visibility conditions.

Stable Tracking Performance

Stability accuracy as high as 0.5 mrad (1σ @1Hz), ensuring smooth and reliable tracking.

Designed for Multi-Environment Operation

The system has a visible light detection range of ≥2.5 kilometers and an infrared detection range of ≥1 kilometer, enabling it to perform medium-range target tracking missions. The dual-spectral configuration allows for seamless switching or fusion of data based on environmental conditions.

Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +60°C, ensuring reliable operation even in harsh environments.
